www.cirip.ro is a Romanian microblogging platform with private groups, multimedia objects (lots of them), tags and many many other features.

It's got some nice features, but since I can only read/write English I would have to go with twitter.

Even I am used with twitter, it seems that http://www.cirip.ro/select/?lg=en has more complex features. Congratulations if you are in the team.
