Windows XP or Vista

Windows Vista works much better with new PCs than Windows XP, faster boot, faster search, lots of new things, and more secure, but that is not all i won't make a list here.
With old PCs the best is to use Windows XP.

XP, Vista is bad!!

Vista is still not backwards compatible with SOME older software. Also, it sometimes can not even recognize added hardware to your system. There are STILL a lot of bugs to be worked out.

I would not currently purchase a system with only vista on it. XP is a good proven, stable system that works well.

I have not had the chance to use Vista yet but I've heard more about it than I care to. I think that I'll stick with XP until the next version Microsoft put out!!
